Road-rage incidents take many strange forms, but a Brooklyn case may be the first to involve fireworks thrown into another vehicle. A federal indictment accuses Kevindale Nurse of exactly that conduct.
The allegations remain to be proven in court, and Nurse is entitled to the presumption of innocence as the case moves forward. If accurate, the account would mark an especially dangerous escalation of the kind of confrontations seen on the road.
