Search “Zendaya car collection” and you’ll find confident lists of eight luxury cars worth anywhere from $600,000 to $4 million. Almost none of it traces back to Zendaya herself. What is on the record is more interesting: one of Hollywood’s biggest stars spent years without a driver’s license, sang the anthem at a NASCAR championship, and her most famous car on screen ends up stranded on top of a border wall. So we checked. The paper trail is short. The copy-paste trail is very long.

1. FACT: She went years without a driver’s license
Most celebrity garages start with a license. Zendaya’s story starts with not having one. At NASCAR’s 2013 season finale, she told NASCAR.com she could barely drive and was still working on getting her license. A year later she tweeted that she was on her third driving lesson. And in a December 2015 interview with Marie Claire, getting her license was still on her to-do list. Her explanation every time: no time. By then she was a Disney Channel lead, a recording artist and a year and a half away from Spider-Man: Homecoming.

That matters for everything below. A star who was being driven to set for most of her teens is not someone who was building a car collection in her teens, whatever the listicles say.
2. FACT: She sang the anthem at NASCAR’s 2013 championship race
Her most documented moment at a racetrack came in November 2013, when she performed the national anthem before the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway, the first NASCAR race she had attended. Asked about racing, she joked that she should probably focus on her own driving career before worrying about anybody else’s. 3. FACT: Her most famous car is Rue’s battered Jeep Cherokee XJ
The car most people now associate with Zendaya is not in her garage. It is the 1990s Jeep Cherokee XJ that her character, Rue Bennett, drives in the opening of Euphoria season three, which premiered in April 2026. Rue runs the Jeep up ramps propped against the U.S.–Mexico border wall, it hangs up at the top, and she abandons it and walks the rest of the way. The Autopian pointed out Rue left the transfer case in two-wheel drive, which is the kind of detail only off-roaders would notice. Variety has looked at how the scene works as a metaphor for where Rue is headed.

A viral post claims Zendaya was physically up in the tilted Jeep for the shot. We couldn’t confirm that, so treat it as set lore for now.
4. FACT: The car that made headlines wasn’t hers
The one real-world car tied to Zendaya in the press belonged to Tom Holland. In July 2021, paparazzi photographed the two kissing in his car, the pictures that effectively confirmed their relationship. Both later told GQ the photos felt invasive, as Capital FM reported. Holland is the more documented car guy of the pair; we broke down Tom Holland’s car collection, from the Porsche he posted to the Audis Spider-Man drove.

The rumor list: where the “luxury garage” comes from
Everything from here down comes from celebrity-car aggregator sites such as ClutchPoints and REREV. They repeat nearly the same eight vehicles, but none of them point to a photo of Zendaya driving one, a registration, or a statement from her. Some of these cars may be real. None are proven.
5. RUMOR: A Range Rover SV Autobiography
The headliner on every list, valued at roughly $184,000 to $200,000. The full-size Range Rover is a Hollywood default, so the claim is plausible, but the lists don’t agree on the year or the engine (one says a supercharged 5.0-liter V8, another a twin-turbo 4.4). That inconsistency is a sign the specs were filled in from a brochure, not a driveway.

6. RUMOR: An Audi RS 7
The most enthusiast-friendly car on the list: a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with about 591 hp in a sleek Sportback body. It’s also the car with the weakest trail. We found no photo tying her to one.

7. RUMOR: A Lincoln Navigator Black Label
REREV lists a 2022 Navigator Black Label, the twin-turbo V6 three-row that’s a staple of studio car services. That is worth keeping in mind: being photographed getting out of a black SUV is not the same thing as owning it.

8. RUMOR: A Cadillac Escalade
Same logic as the Navigator. The 6.2-liter V8 Escalade is a fixture of chauffeured travel in Los Angeles, so it shows up on almost every celebrity “collection” whether the celebrity owns one or not.

9. RUMOR: A Lexus GS 350
Here’s where a list trips over itself. REREV claims a 2022 Lexus GS, but Lexus ended GS production in 2020. There was no 2022 GS to buy new. An older GS is possible; the specific claim isn’t.

10. RUMOR: A Lexus RC 350 as her daily driver
One site calls a black RC 350 coupe her frequent daily driver. It’s a sensible, 311-hp V6 choice for a young star in L.A., and it’s the most specific claim on the list. It is also unsourced.

11. RUMOR: A Mercedes-Benz E-Class
Listed as a non-AMG E-Class with a turbocharged inline-six. Pricing ranges from $40,000 to $64,500 depending on which site you read, which tells you how carefully it was checked.

12. RUMOR: An Audi A4
ClutchPoints includes an A4 with a 2.0-liter turbo four. REREV drops it entirely. When two lists can’t agree on which eight cars she owns, neither one is an inventory.

13. RUMOR: A Mini Cooper S
The cheapest and most charming entry, a 189-hp hatchback. It’s the kind of car a busy actor might keep for short city errands. There’s no evidence she does.

14. RUMOR: A multimillion-dollar garage
Totals floating around range from about $616,000 to “$4 million.” The higher figures appear to be inflated by adding cars the lower lists never mention. Zendaya has never shown off a garage, posted a car purchase, or talked about collecting. Of the stars we’ve covered, she is the opposite of Sydney Sweeney, who rebuilt her own Bronco, or Robert Pattinson and his Shelby Mustang.

What actually holds up
The facts about Zendaya and cars fit on an index card: a long road to a driver’s license, an anthem at Homestead, a stranded Jeep on Euphoria, and a famous kiss in someone else’s car. The rest of the “Zendaya car collection” is a list of plausible luxury vehicles that nobody has tied to her. If she ever posts a photo from behind the wheel, we’ll update this list. Until then: which car on the rumor list would you actually bet she owns, and which one reads like it was copied straight out of a brochure?
