Plenty of classic car shows feature a ’57 Chevy, but few resemble the creation known as Rotten Banana. Built by the Roadster Shop, the car wears a deliberately weathered look that disguises just how much performance lurks beneath its rough exterior.
The contrast between the worn appearance and the twin-turbo powertrain producing around 1,300 horsepower is exactly what makes the build so compelling. It’s a sleeper in the truest sense, hiding serious capability behind a face that suggests anything but, and that element of surprise is a big part of its charm.
