Ken Block might be dead but his legacy lives on. Fans of the famous rally racer will be treated to one more Gymkhana video starring the legendary rally racer. There’s little doubt when it releases interest will be sky-high as it marks the man’s final, definitive performance.

A trailer of the upcoming Gymkhana video has been released by the late Block’s company, Hoonigan and it looks spectacular. The Gymkhana series has always been a pulse-pounding blast, but this one looks to have pushed the envelope even further.
The trailer shows this Gymkhana features Block behind the wheel of the Hoonitron, a bespoke all-electric Audi S1 e-tron quattro that was built to the man’s specifications. Block was known for being pretty picky about his cars, working with different automakers to tweak existing rides so they were just so. With what he could do behind the wheel, there’s no wonder he got what he wanted.
This video looks to have been shot in Mexico. All the streets signs are in Spanish and some refer to Cuernavaca, the capital of the state of Morelos. Little has been said about the location or much else, so we’ll all have to wait with bated breath to learn more.
Many understandably figured last year’s Gymkhana video, called Electrikhana since he was piloting an all-electric Audi, would be the last to feature Block. Considering that one launched in October 2022 and nothing has been announced until just a few days ago, this took a lot of people by surprise. We think this is a fitting way to say goodbye to an old friend one final time.
Block tragically died in a snowmobile accident in Utah on January 2, 2023. Survived by his wife and children, his oldest daughter Lia has recently been stepping up to follow in her father’s footsteps of fame and glory in rally racing.
The final Ken Block Gymkhana video launches in December, although an exact date hasn’t been revealed yet.
