When a man reportedly stole a dump truck from a former employer, apparently in an attempt to settle a score, law enforcement quickly responded. The theft in Lonoke County, Arkansas drew both the sheriff’s office and Arkansas State Police into the effort.
Stopping a heavy vehicle like a dump truck proved no easy task for officers. The pursuit demonstrated just how challenging it can be to bring such a large, rugged machine to a safe halt once it’s on the move.
