Tom Guiry, remembered for playing Scotty Smalls as a child in the beloved film The Sandlot, was arrested following an incident involving a Jeep. Authorities say he damaged the vehicle’s windshield with a dumbbell.
He was charged with offenses including third-degree assault and battery as well as malicious injury to property. The charges have not been proven, and Guiry is entitled to the presumption of innocence as the case moves through the courts.
