Two suspects broke into a Miami home early Saturday morning and made off with a black Ferrari Spider SA pulled straight from the garage, according to police. Officers responded to the property around 4 a.m. after getting a report of a burglary in progress, but the suspects were already gone with the car by the time they arrived.
What Investigators Know So Far
Miami Police say two men dressed entirely in black entered the garage and took the Ferrari before fleeing the property on foot. It’s not yet clear how they gained access to the vehicle or whether keys were left inside the garage at the time, a detail that will likely matter a lot once investigators piece together exactly how the theft was carried out. Surveillance footage described the suspects’ getaway vehicle as a white Mercedes seen at or near the scene during the incident.
A Theft Confirmed by Its Owner
The stolen Ferrari was identified by TikTok influencer jcandsondraa, who has more than 12 million followers, as belonging to him. He released footage from his home’s security system showing portions of the break-in and the suspects moving around the property, giving the public a much closer look at the incident than police typically release on their own.
Still an Open Case
No arrests have been announced, and police haven’t released detailed descriptions of the suspects beyond what they were wearing during the burglary. The value of the Ferrari Spider SA hasn’t been disclosed either, though it’s unquestionably a high-end performance vehicle regardless of the exact figure. For now, the investigation remains active as detectives work to identify the suspects and, ideally, recover the car.
