To your average person, a Lamborghini Huracan or really any Lambo is an alien-looking ride they’ll stop and stare at, maybe even taking a picture. But when a guy takes his Liberty Walk Lamborghini Huracan for a cruise through the heart of Chicago on St. Patrick’s Day when people are having fun, the reactions he gets are amazing.
Learn why a Liberty Walk Ferrari 360 Modena was seized by US Customs.
We don’t expect most of the people who saw the exotic Italian ride with its Japanese body kit had any idea what they were looking at. In fact, we would fully expect at least some of them thought they were seeing a Ferrari of some sort.

Even though a lot of the people aren’t exactly gearheads, they still knew the supercar was something special. That’s why over and over the guy caught people carefully taking photos with their phone. Many of them gave him a signal of approval, like a thumbs up or okay gesture.
A group of young guys ask the driver if he’s their Uber, an obvious joke. They offer the guy $100 for a ride in the supercar, clearly enamored with the machine.
One woman even signaled for the guy to rev his engine. When he obliged, she and the others around her were clearly loving the V12 symphony.
However, not everyone was a fan. One guy tries spitting on the Lambo as it drives past. Was he jealous of the ride? Is he a hardcore Ferrari fan? Or does he just hate displays of wealth? Who knows, but his behavior is out of line.
Thankfully the haters are in the vast minority, at least the obvious ones. There are plenty who openly admire the Liberty Walk Huracan and who can blame them? It’s a beautiful automobile that sounds just as amazing as it looks.
What’s especially encouraging about this video is many of the people in it are younger, Gen Z if not the tail end of Millennials. While much of the media tries selling the story that kids these days just don’t appreciate cars, we think that’s not the case.
Instead, we think with inflation, crazy real estate expenses, and other challenges facing young guys are keeping them from buying the car of their dreams. Just look at the cost of different enthusiast rides and where wages are at for kids in their 20s and it’s not hard to see why more aren’t into the hobby.
