Being a food delivery driver for a service like Grubhub isn’t an easy job, but that doesn’t excuse one of them from engaging in road rage. One Grubhub driver is facing several criminal charges after he alleged threatened another driver he claims cut him off. Why people get so worked up over such small things is beyond us.

Reportedly, the 27-year-old told police he engaged in a road rage incident after the other driver cut him off, reports News 12. If we threatened everyone who did that to us, we wouldn’t be doing much else on the road.
The other driver called 911 after they said the Grubhub driver, who was in a Mercedes, started spitting and throwing coins at his car. When they pulled up next to each other at a stop light, the food delivery driver allegedly pulled out a knife and threated to kill the person calling for help.
How exactly someone would use a knife on a victim who’s driving away in a car isn’t entirely clear. A gun we would take as a serious threat, but a knife isn’t dangerous unless the other person were to get out of their ride. But we’re sure the victim was panicking instead of thinking things through.
Police responded to the call, because even if the threat of killing the other driver was ridiculous, it’s still not an okay thing to do. But the Grubhub driver just spilled the beans to officers, admitting he made the threat because he’d been cut off. Maybe he believed killing someone was justified if they cut off another driver?
Officers found the knife in the Mercedes and arrested the delivery driver, who’s now facing charges for terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon. Just what kind of knife was he carrying?
