When you’re a world class boxing legend like Floyd Mayweather, the cash comes to you in wheelbarrows. With that kind of flow comes access to some of the most exclusive items on the planet, including cars like a Mercedes G700 Brabus Tiffany Edition. That’s the new toy the man showed off on social media and it’s really something.
YouTuber loses his life in a single-car accident.
First off, a regular G700 Brabus is going to set you back a pretty penny. But this one ordered bespoke by Mayweather, which he calls the Money Team Limited Edition, features a lighter hue of blue in accents on the exterior plus large helpings of it for the leather surfaces in the cabin.
The color and other elements are inspired by Tiffany’s the famous jewelry store many well-heeled high rollers have frequented. This is a way to punch up what’s already an opulent ride to another level.
The Brabus G700, which takes a Mercedes G-Wagon as the base, has been tuned so the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 whips out 690-horsepower, beating out the G63 by 115-hp. The claimed 0-62 mph acceleration is 4.3 seconds, a scorching time considering the SUV is about as aerodynamic as a brick.
An adaptable sports exhaust adds a bit more growl to back up the potent bite.
In true Brabus style, the exterior has enough flair it can’t be mistaken for a regular Mercedes. Among the big touches is a widebody kit. That aggressive stance is further enhanced by the 23-inch Monoblock alloy wheels, making the G700 a standout.
The price of some bespoke creation like this has to be well north of the approximately $400,000 price tag a regular G700 would cost. Considering Mayweather’s extreme wealth and his propensity to flash it around, we’re not the least bit surprised he’s showing off this outrageous acquisition.
