Instead of trying to hide the news he had been arrested for street racing/stunt driving in Florida, three-time motocross champion Haiden Deegan bragged about it on Instagram. Known for his bravado as well as his prowess on two wheels, it’s hardly a surprise he would post a screen capture of his booking set to the song Bad Boys, made popular by the TV show Cops.
Subaru driver tries out his all-wheel drive on a ski slope.
The arrest happened on March 21 in Santa Rosa Beach when Walton County Sheriff’s deputies spotted Deegan doing donuts in his car at a Walton Sports Complex parking lot. In other words, he was arrested for doing what he’s so good at: driving like a maniac.
Obviously, there’s a time and a place to do these sorts of things and a business’ parking lot isn’t one of them.

According to multiple reports, Deegan was flogging his Audi R8, ripping some sick donuts when the first deputy arrived on the scene after hearing revving engines and screeching tires in the distance. After turning on his lights, the deputy said Deegan did another donut before stopping the car.
At least Deegan didn’t try to run from the deputies and was compliant. He reportedly said at one point after he was arrested that, “we were all drifting” referring to the other drivers at the scene. Maybe he was a little upset he got busted out sheer luck, being the one taking a turn when deputies arrived.
For that, not only was he arrested, the Audi was towed and is being held for 30 days, the state law for such a violation. Deegan had to post a $1,000 bond, which for him was excessively easy. Perhaps that’s why he posted his booking info with the caption “Certified stunt driver” and a crying emoji, mocking the less-than-serious consequences for having a little bit of fun.
