If you’re looking for a fun new theme park, check out Diggerland USA, which uses real construction equipment. When we were kids we would’ve killed to play with big trucks like this, but even as adults this is a tempting destination to check out.

Located in West Berlin, New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia, the park prioritizes safety while letting both children and adults play with heavy machinery in a controlled environment. It’s like a dream come true.

There’s plenty to keep everyone occupied for hours, thanks to the 40-plus attractions in the park. Some of the more interesting ones include using a JCB 8018 mini excavator with a hook to pick up and drop shapes into the matching holes, a crane experience where you use a real tower crane arm to move objects around, and the Spin Dizzy which is a JCB JS220 with seats inside the bucket.
The whole family can experience what it’s like to be dumped out of a truck, thanks to 12 seats built into the rear hopper of a demolition trailer. Guests are elevated over 34 feet in the air as the truck simulates dumping its contents out the rear.

Plus there’s an off-road driving experience where you or your child gets behind the wheel of a ROXOR and uses the turbodiesel engine to power through rough terrain.
There’s also a water park component to Diggerland, called The Water Main, which is open during the summer. That seems like a great way to cool off and have fun in the sun, especially during heat waves.

Obviously, there are many more rides and experiences at the park. It looks like an amazing place to visit. We just had no idea until recently such a place even existed, so we had to share.
