No, we don’t expect your typical G-Wagon driver who’s shopping on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills to be interested in these outdoor excursions. After all, one might get dirty, break a nail, and be hundreds if not thousands of miles from a Neiman Marcus.
But for those who are interested in the capabilities of the G-Wagon and not just the glitz and glamour which surround it, these Mercedes-run adventures could be incredibly compelling.

We assume as demand stays strong, Merecedes will reveal more of these off-road adventures. An official press release from the automaker certainly hints at that possibility. Perhaps a future excursion will take place in North America, New Zealand, or Australia.
These factory off-road adventure programs have been growing in popularity in recent years. Some involve people driving their own rigs on multi-day overland trips, while others like these G-Class experiences are a more catered experience with the vehicle and plenty of amenities included.
