Ferrari might be the undisputed king of speed and track glory, but a Virginia tuning shop just flipped the script. GlasWerks DMV stole the spotlight at SEMA with “Elevato,” a Frankenstein of luxury and dirt-eating grit: a Ferrari GTC4Lusso reimagined for off-road havoc.

This ain’t your grandma’s grand tourer. The Elevato dives headfirst into the wild world of safari-style exotics, rubbing shoulders with Porsche’s 911 Dakar and Lambo’s sand-bashing Huracán Sterrato. The suspension? Pure madness. GlasWerks gutted and rebuilt nearly a third of it, tossing in beefy billet aluminum control arms, reinforced axles, and bulletproof CV joints. Result? Eight inches of ground clearance, nine inches of wheel travel—enough to make a rally driver drool.

That monstrous 6.3-liter V12? Now cranking out 758 horses and 581 lb-ft of torque, up from the stock 681. Same slick seven-speed gearbox, same all-wheel-drive wizardry, just with brakes that won’t wilt when things get dirty.
Somehow, it still looks like a million bucks. The shooting brake silhouette gets dirt-friendly tweaks: roof racks begging for tents, side panels you can rip off, and headlights so bright they’ll blind wildlife at 500 yards. Inside? Pure Ferrari opulence, untouched—soft leather, perfect stitching, room for four conscripted adventurers.

Starting price? A cool $175k—and that’s without the donor GTC4Lusso, which originally ran north of $300k. GlasWerks even throws in a hand-holding service for rich folks scrambling to track down the base car. Because evidently, money can buy courage and common sense.
