Stretch Limo Leads Police On A Wild Chase

Estimated read time 2 min read

We’ve seen a lot of police chases, but we can’t recall every witnessing one involving a stretch limo. But this newly released dashcam footage shows one running from cops in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin is what we would call a pretty wild pursuit, especially after the driver wrecks out.

Watch a fleeing Dodge Ram get the Arkansas welcome.

It starts off just the opposite with an officer noting the limousine is traveling well below the posted speed limit. See, police not only look for speeders but also people going really slow since they might be going the other extreme out of nervousness or because they’re intoxicated.

But when the officer tries pulling the limo over, the driver runs for it. He can’t go into the oncoming lane since it’s occupied, so he pulls off onto the dirt shoulder to pass a slower vehicle. But that driver hears and sees the officer, so he automatically starts pulling onto the shoulder as well.

That forces the limo driver to veer all the way into some trees. He uses that cover to run away from the crash in a desperate effort to escape all consequences for his actions.

After the suspect takes off on foot, one officer tracks him down in a wooded area. However, the guy isn’t about to go quietly. He attacks the cop, biting him. But a K9 officer comes along and gives the limo driver a bite of his own, and it’s much worse.

Unsurprisingly, meth was found in the limousine along with items often used by dealers. Considering the guy bit a cop, we wouldn’t be surprised if he was also using. What we do know is he had multiple warrants for his arrest, including for felony bail jumping. So he might be locked up for some time after this stunt.
