One of the three custom Dodge Hellcats owned by Shaq has appeared on a car auction site and it’s generating a lot of buzz. After all, the crazy kitties are well known and Shaq is beloved by many, so that combination means a lot of people with deep pockets are going to want a piece of the Mopar muscle car.
Learn why Shaq treats his cars like girlfriends.
The 2022 Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody has been obviously modified with plenty of apparent aesthetic changes to the muscle car. That’s in part what’s made it so famous. After all, the “Shaqcat” was customized by Forbes Performance in Las Vegas to be a standout.

Red lighting all around the Hellcat is usually what catches the eye first. Then there’s the custom vented hood adorned with Shaq’s Diesel Dog Mafia insignia. Other changes include a carbon fiber rear spoiler, window tint, and door projectors putting the Charger logo on the ground for an extra dramatic effect.
The black leather and Alcantara interior is pretty much factory original. However, unless it’s been changed, the driver’s seat can slide all the way until it’s touching the backseat, allowing Shaq to fit in the car.

Where this muscle car really shines is the with the modified supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8. The mighty Hellcat is pushing a claimed 900-horsepower, something Shaq has bragged about plenty before.
In case you missed it, this is the same Dodge Charger Hellcat an influencer drove in the Effortless Motors showroom, claiming it cost Shaq $1.4 million to build. People immediately called that claim out as a supposed lie, joking there had to be a huge bag of cash or gold bricks in the trunk to justify that amount of money.

But we’ll see soon enough just how much people are willing to shell out so they can own Shaq’s old whip.
