When you’re Scott Disick and you own an amazing car collection, it seems only natural to buy a swanky ride for your kid on their birthday. The media personality made ultra famous for being on Keeping Up with the Kardashians loves showing off on social media and he did just that by purchasing a mini Mercedes G-Wagon for his son’s birthday.

On December 14, Disick took to his popular Instagram account and shared an image of the gift on his stories. It was accompanied by the caption, “Happy birthday big boy! Felt like I was only fair 4 you 2 get your first g wagon even if it’s a mini g wagon it’s still a wagon! Love u son!!!!!!” And continued, “Let the good times roll.”
The black G-Wagon is pictured alongside some of Disick’s luxury SUVs that are darker, mostly black, we guess for aesthetic appeal. A large black bow made of ribbon adorns the roof of the mini vehicle, again because presentation is everything, especially on social media.
According to E News, the little ride was for Mason, who turned 15, and so can’t legally get behind the wheel of a car quite yet. In six months he can go for a provisional instruction permit from the state of California, but we wonder which vehicle his father would let him drive at that point.
We’re also wondering what the mini G-Wagon is powered by. Likely it’s an electric vehicle of some sort, but there are mini cars that run on gas or diesel. We question if it has four-wheel drive, how much power it has, and where Mason could even take it at this point.
So in a way, this is a cool gift for Disick’s kid. But we also wonder just how practical it is. Obviously it’s nowhere near as practical as the real thing, which maybe the kid will get to experience for himself before too long.
