Road rage is such a problem these days, two bit actors from old children’s television shows are joining in, including the Green Power Ranger. Hector David Jr., who’s apparently starred in a bunch of other things nobody ever watched, was recently sentenced for a road rage assault on an elderly man who was using a walker.

That’s right, this guy who has ninja skills or whatever is so tough he attacked an old man in a Nampa, Idaho parking lot on July 26, 2024. It gets even more pathetic: apparently David had parked his lifted truck in a handicap spot and the elderly man was upset about that, so he decided to show the old guy who’s the boss.
Only some bystander recorded the whole thing on a cellphone and Nampa Police Department posted it to Facebook, asking the public for help tracking down the aggressor. Quickly, people recognized the actor, but he apparently just disappeared so a warrant for his arrest was issued.
David was supposed to show up for the Magic Valley Comic-Con held in Twin Falls, Idaho at the beginning of August but he canceled just a few days before the event. No doubt cops were going to use that opportunity to cuff him right in front of all five of his adoring fans.
Well, justice finally caught up to David as he had his day in court. On Wednesday, January 8, 2025 he was sentenced by a judge to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery, reports TMZ.
However, the judge decided to suspend 135 days of the sentence, so David only has to spend 45 days in the slammer. The deal is the actor has to avoid any more trouble with the law, serving two years of probation after his release, otherwise he’ll have to serve the rest of the sentencing plus any other punishment for further crimes committed.
David will also be serving 100 hours of community service. Maybe he can teach classes about the dangers of road rage?
