Rimac has further tightened the circle of exclusivity around its flagship electric hypercar lineup with the introduction of the Nevera R Founder’s Edition, a version limited to just 10 vehicles worldwide.
The standard Rimac Nevera was already produced in extremely limited numbers, capped at 150 units globally. The track-focused Nevera R pushed rarity even further, with production restricted to 40 examples and performance tuned for sharper circuit capability. The Founder’s Edition now becomes the rarest iteration of them all, offered quietly to a small group of select buyers and sold out within days.
At its core, the Nevera R Founder’s Edition shares the same technical foundation as the Nevera R. Power comes from four electric motors generating a combined 2,107 horsepower, managed through Rimac’s proprietary torque-vectoring system. Performance figures remain staggering, with acceleration from 0 to 60 mph achieved in just 1.66 seconds and a top speed of 268 mph. In 2025, the Nevera R established 24 world records, reinforcing its position as a benchmark for electric hypercar performance.
What distinguishes the Founder’s Edition is the depth of personalization. Owners travel to Rimac’s campus in Zagreb to design their vehicles in person, collaborating directly with Mate Rimac and the company’s design team. Instead of selecting from preconfigured options, buyers use real-time visualization tools to shape each element of the car to their preferences.
Each Founder’s Edition features a bespoke two-tone exterior paint scheme that emphasizes the Nevera’s low, sculpted profile. A narrow center stripe runs across the roof, measuring just 0.08 inches at its thinnest point, subtly referencing Rimac’s technology-driven identity.
Inside, no two cabins are alike. Handcrafted leather, individualized color palettes, and custom embroidery referencing Rimac milestones define the interior. The seating layout follows an asymmetrical configuration favored by Mate Rimac himself, reinforcing the personal nature of the build process.
Pricing for the Founder’s Edition has not been disclosed. The standard Nevera begins around $2.1 million, with the Nevera R commanding an even higher figure. Given the production cap of 10 units and the extensive bespoke involvement, the Founder’s Edition sits well above the base models. For its owners, the car represents not only extreme performance, but entry into one of the most exclusive hypercar groups in the world.
