If you’re looking for a ride that makes people really stop and stare, this horseless stagecoach that’s listed for sale online should do the trick. It honestly should get more attention than a Lamborghini or Ferrari supercar because most people have never seen anything like it before.
The aftermath of this motorcycle crash as caught on camera is so very bizarre.
While you might think this is some cobbled together mess, it’s really just a stagecoach bolted up to a 1981 Chevy Blazer chassis with the entire powertrain and drivetrain. That’s great news because keeping it maintained and doing any fixes should be rather simple.
That means a Chevy 350 with a Turbo 350 transmission backing it up. Plus, this thing has four-wheel drive, just in case you want to take the stagecoach off the beaten path and are concerned about getting through.
You’ll note in the photos this ride has modern features like side mirrors, headlights, taillights, power steering, power brakes, and even a push bar in front of the front-mounted radiator. The huge storage area in the rear includes a grill and cooler so this thing is ready for tailgating, picnics, or whatever you want.
There are two rows of seats on the roof plus space inside. An electric lift provides access to the tall roof.
This ride is truly wild. It makes us wonder who came up with the idea of bolting a stagecoach body onto a Blazer’s chassis, because it’s a unique approach to building something fun. Obviously there are going to be restraints to how this vehicle can be driven and where, but it would be great for special occasions, parades, or even some tourist attraction.
Most people are going to pass on this thing after looking at it and laughing. But someone is going to look at this and realize it’s just what they were looking for or want. And since we like highlighting oddball vehicles for sale, we just couldn’t pass on this thing.
