Formula One racing superstar Max Verstappen is using his star power to raise money for the Wings for Life, Red Bull Racing’s official charity focused on spinal cord research. The four-time World Drivers’ Champion signed an real RB19 Motion Simulator kept at Oracle Red Bull Racing headquarters located in Milton Keynes, which is now being auctioned off online.
This is why Lewis Hamilton left Mercedes for Scuderia Ferrari.
That’s right, you could get a taste of the type of training Verstappen and other F1 drivers go through to hone their skills. Plus, the simulator comes with the iconic Red Bull Racing livery so it looks incredibly cool, making for a wonderful addition to your den or man cave.
After all, the simulator not only looks like an F1 racecar minus the wheels, it contains haptic rumble feedback and front pivot configurations so you feel like you’re inside a real vehicle. While drivers use it for training, you apparently could use it with a gaming console while playing your favorite driving simulator.
If you don’t know, the RB19 F1 car has a stellar record on the track. Verstappen himself broke multiple records while behind the wheel, racking up 19 wins in 22 races for the 2023 season. The Red Bull Racing team snagged 21 wins out of 22 races that same season. Perhaps that has something to do with the team snagging the Constructors’ title.
You would own a piece of that winning history by bidding and winning this RB19 simulator. The auction, which is being held on the F1 Authentics website, runs through December 30.
Not only does the winner get the super cool simulator, they’re treated to a Red Bull Racing factory tour with up to 10 people present. Those who go on the tour will see famous past racecars used by the team, plus learn about the process of initial design to final manufacturing of an F1 car.
