Hulk Hogan is admittedly a big Mopar guy, but the wrestling superstar is singing a sad tune about his newest acquisition, a Gunsligner Hellcat 6-speed manual. The muscle car is suffering problems which a dealer’s service department and even the automaker can’t seem to figure out.
Watch Hulk Hogan rescue a driver after a rollover crash.
Frustrated with the situation, Hogan took to social media site X to ask for help. He told his 2.1 million followers that his new ride “has a software problem” and that “the air conditioner has not worked correctly.”
For the past two months the vehicle has sat at a dealer’s service department as they’ve unsuccessfully diagnosed the cause of the seemingly unrelated issues. Wanting answers, Hogan apparently thought X, formerly known as Twitter, would prove a useful forum.
Many of the replies were anything but helpful.

One follower, obviously thinking he was cute, asked if Hulk Hogan “tried a leg drop” in reference to one of the wrestler’s popular moves in the ring. Others decided to question his manliness. And there were no shortage of replies mocking him for buying a Dodge.
However, some people did have some suggestions which were more serious, like asking if the control module had been replaced or mentioning possibly faulty wiring as the culprit. One even tried counseling the celebrity to exercise Florida’s lemon law to make Dodge take the muscle car back.
With no new update posted to Hogan’s X account since his plea for help on September 2, we’re left to conclude the status of the Hellcat is still in limbo. Perhaps one of the suggestions made on the social media site, or someone who really knew what they’re doing contacting the wrestler some other way, will yield results.
But these sorts of vexing car problems often require time to solve. Many of us have been there before, so we feel for the man.
