We know plenty of people have always dreamed of owning a Goat or a classic Pontiac GTO and this might be your chance. A 1969 hardtop coupe listed on Bring A Trailer is auctioning right now with four days left. Currently, the muscle car sits at a high bid of $24,850.
A special classic muscle car from a movie is also up for grabs.
Even more compelling, this GTO was originally purchased by the seller’s parents, so it’s stayed in the family all this time. It’s obviously been well cared for, as the photos in the lot listing evidence, so some lucky bidder is going to get a beautiful classic Pontiac.

While the vehicle has been partially restored, it’s also been kept as original as possible. The Verdoro Green you see is apparently the factory color. Nothing on the exterior or interior sticks out as aftermarket or from a different car, making this a correct and therefore more desirable example.
Under the hood is a nice 400ci V8 with a four barrel carb and dual-snorkel air cleaner assembly. Paired with that is a four-speed manual transmission, so this thing should be a joy to drive.

What’s more, it has power steering and power-assisted brakes with discs up front and drums in the rear. In other words, you won’t feel like you’ve done a workout after just cruising around town. There’s also air conditioning, so taking this out for summer car shows and other events will be more comfortable.
The black interior looks fantastic. Not surprisingly, the seller confirms the vinyl for the seats has been replaced.
The seller does have the title in their name for this Pontiac GTO, which isn’t always the case. Included in the deal is the original owner’s manual, maintenance/repair records, car cover, and Protect-O-Plate.

We expect plenty of people are watching this ride, but someone is going to be the lucky new owner. Will that be you?
