Rowan Atkinson’s Toyota GR Yaris is set to go under the hammer on 21 February at the Race Retro sale hosted by Iconic Auctioneers at Stoneleigh Park. The hot hatch, owned by the actor for the past three years, is being offered directly from him with a guide price between £25,000 and £30,000.
The car is finished in Platinum White Pearl and is equipped with the sought-after Circuit Pack. It has covered 6,700 miles from new and comes with a full main dealer service history. According to the auction listing, the vehicle presents as a clean, low-mileage example of Toyota’s rally-inspired performance hatchback. Celebrity-owned vehicles can vary in condition and specification, but this example appears to have been maintained to standard factory specification with no unusual modifications.
The GR Yaris was developed as a homologation model for Toyota’s World Rally Championship program. Unlike the standard Yaris, it features a bespoke three-door body shell, lightweight construction, a 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine, and Toyota’s GR-FOUR all-wheel-drive system. Circuit Pack versions add upgraded suspension, forged alloy wheels, Torsen limited-slip differentials at the front and rear, and performance-focused tires.
Atkinson is known for his interest in performance and classic vehicles and regularly participates in historic racing events such as the Goodwood Revival and Members Meeting. His collection has previously included a range of classic sports cars and modern supercars, placing the GR Yaris among a broader history of enthusiast ownership.
The auction will take place during the Race Retro Show, with bidding available both in person and online. The vehicle’s sale price will be determined when it crosses the block on 21 February.
