Bentley has unveiled its new Supersports model with a high-profile global debut in Dubai, using spectacle and performance to introduce its most focused road car to date. The launch event marked the official presentation of the Supersports for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and was staged against one of the city’s most recognizable waterfront backdrops.
The evening began with the launch vehicle presented in Daybreak specification, finished in Jetstream Matte with Arctica and Portofino detailing. As guests gathered, the setting established the tone for an event designed to blend luxury, performance and modern brand storytelling.
At 9 p.m. local time, Bentley premiered a new high-energy film titled Supersports: FULL SEND. The production was released simultaneously across Bentley’s global channels and displayed on a 12-meter screen at the venue. The film features motorsports and action-sports figure Travis Pastrana driving a modified Supersports in a gymkhana-style performance. Immediately following the screening, the same vehicle from the film entered the event space driven by Pastrana, delivering a live continuation of the on-screen action.
The guest list included approximately 400 VIP attendees, nearly 100 Supersports customers, Bentley Global Brand Ambassador Lucien Laviscount, and senior company leadership, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser and Board Member for Sales and Marketing Christophe Georges.
The launch was hosted in the gardens of the former royal palace of Sheikha Sanaa Bint Mana Al Maktoum along the Dubai shoreline. The Burj Al Arab, illuminated in Bentley green, provided a prominent visual backdrop to the event.
The film premiered during the launch was shot entirely at Bentley’s historic Crewe campus in England. Filmed in September, it highlights both the vehicle’s dynamic capabilities and the company’s manufacturing site, which has seen significant self-funded investment over the past five years. The gymkhana-style sequence, dubbed “Pymkhana,” references Pyms Lane, Bentley’s home since 1938.
The new Supersports is powered by a 666 PS engine driving the rear wheels, paired with a heavily revised chassis and advanced aerodynamic package. Bentley describes the model as its most agile and performance-focused road car to date, signaling a bold evolution of the brand’s modern performance direction.
