Shaquille O’Neal less than a month ago acquired a custom widebody Tesla Cybertruck, but the man now owns two of them. That might sound a little crazy, but Shaq is a huge gearhead and he loves trucks with wild mods, so it’s fitting actually.
Check out Shaq’s wild custom Ram TRX.
Both of the all-electric rides were delivered to him by Effortless Motors, which says only 100 wearing the Waido widebody 360 kit are in existence, Shaq’s being the first in line. That helps differentiate this from his other Tesla and pretty much every other one out there. Giving the truck and body kit to such a high-visibility celebrity will of course spur others to get one as well, so it’s a solid business move.
Like Shaq’s other Cybertruck, this one wears giant black 26-inch Forgiato wheels. But this one isn’t gloss black like his first Tesla pickup. Instead, it’s wrapped in gloss maroon, something we haven’t seen done with one up to this point, and it actually looks good.
It also has underglows which are set to red in the video Effortless Motors posted to Instagram. Shaq loves red and green lighting on his rides, but the front light strip is set to green, blue, then purple in the video. It will be interesting to see how Shaq himself runs this ride.
Apparently, Shaq only found out about this truck when the video hit Instagram. Effortless went ahead and put a custom Nevada plate on the Tesla, which reads “SHAQCAT.” That seems more appropriate for a Hellcat and maybe that’s where it came from. If so, we hope they updated the DMV info!
Effortless says the Cybertruck was in exchange for one of Shaq’s Dodge Charger Hellcats he gave to the business. Apparently, it’s out with the four-door muscle cars and in with the geometric, all-electric pickup trucks.
