Not everyone is cut out to drive a Bugatti, even an MMA champion like Jon Jones. A video uploaded to social media shows the professional fighter driving a “YouTuber’s” Bugatti, feeling it start to torque steer sideways when he drops the hammer using the quad-turbocharged W16 engine’s full might.

In the footage, the vehicle’s owner sits in the passenger seat as Jones declares, “Let’s go!” Both men are all smiles as they pull away. However, as they’re on the open road, the video zooms in on Jone’s face and he clearly looks a little nervous.

Can anyone really blame him? After all, driving a hypercar at higher speeds requires not only skill but also more concentration than it does to operate your Kia.
But Jones let’s out an excited yell, clearly enjoying all that power. And that’s when the Bugatti starts to get away from him. We only see the view from inside the cabin, but Jones is clearly starting to panic as he feels the vehicle slide to the side.
Surprisingly, the owner looks like he’s having a blast. The guy must carry excellent insurance coverage. He might also be a little starstruck and just loving having the fighter drive his hypercar, reveling in the danger of the situation.
Many people commenting on the video posted to X reference an incident from 2015 when Jones allegedly did a hit-and-run on a pregnant driver in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The female driver reportedly sustained a broken arm in the crash. He allegedly was intoxicated at the time.
Jones was arrested for DUI after crashing his Bentley into a telephone poll in Upstate New York back in 2012. The guy has a bit of a history with wrecking cars, so we can see why some people would be nervous seeming him goose a Bugatti like this.
