Shocking photos out of Cambodia show a green Lamborghini Huracan burned to the ground in a tear-jerking accident. While a report from Khmer Times doesn’t mention any injuries or deaths, which is a great thing, we hate seeing a supercar like this completely destroyed.
Retired professional wrestler Mick Foley survives a horrific car crash.
Also not mentioned in the report was even a speculated cause of the fire, which happened March 22 or 23. There’s zero mention of a crash and we don’t see other vehicles with damage nearby. Sometimes a collision will spark a fire afterward, but it appears that wasn’t the case here.

A strong possibility is the Lambo wasn’t properly maintained. Fluid leaks, loose/improper wiring, etc. can lead to sudden car fires, even on a Huracan or other exotics. In fact, thanks to the massive V12 engine running so hot, a blaze could spread much faster in such a ride.
We’ve sadly seen many examples of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, and other supercars and hypercars that have burned. Sometimes it’s after a big crash, but other times the fire seemingly sprouted out of nowhere.
Lamborghini Huracans are much rarer in Cambodia versus the United States. There are easily thousands in this country, yet they’re still a relatively rare sight in many areas. But in Cambodia there might only be dozens of the Italian supercars, so to have one be destroyed like this is a much bigger deal.
That might explain the crowd gathered to watch firefighters put out the blaze. Even here, it would be a big deal to see any vehicle decimated this badly by a fire. But in Cambodia where cars, let alone supercars, are not nearly as common, the event was undoubtedly the subject of much discussion and probably still is.
