Professional wrestler and apparent movie actor John Cena is known to be a big car guy with quite the collection. He’s sold off a number of his rides while acquiring others, but the man is now saying goodbye to his Jaguar XJ13 replica. It’s been put up for auction online with four days left to bid, so if you want a shot at it now’s the time to do something.
An incredibly unique Mustang heads to auction soon.
Built by Predator Performance out of Largo, Florida, it was originally a left-hand-drive car until a dealer had it changed to the proper British orientation. That dealer then sold it at auction online in November 2022, which is when John Cena scooped it up.
Cena added his own touches to the replica Jag, including the quilted tan leather upholstery, a luxurious move we love. He also put bronze-colored Rotiform wheels on the car, which pair oh so nicely with the proper British racing green paint.
Lightweight, this car is built with a space frame and a combination of aluminum and fiberglass body panels. Combine that with a fuel-injected HE V12, which hits hard but in a smooth sort of way, plus a ZF 5-speed manual transaxle, and the resulting power-to-weight ratio results in one quick ride.
There are many goodies included on this car, like adjustable coilovers, a removable roof panel if you want to feel the wind in your hair, and a rich wood rim on the steering wheel to add to the luxurious feel of the rather cramped interior. Some center-lock wheels are also thrown in with the deal.
We know Cena has a lot of cool cars, but we seriously wonder how the man is parting with this one after owning it a mere two years. While it was listed with no reserve, the top bid currently sits at $107,000 and we’re sure that amount will climb precipitously.
