People do some strange things with cars, like this guy hacking up his Tesla Model 3 to create a new, sleeker, and some would say sexier body for the EV. Some people are going to absolutely love what this guy designed and others will hate it big time. We just have to respect the hustle since fabricating a car body from scratch isn’t exactly easy.
What would a Tesla limousine look like?
The guy, who runs the YouTube channel Cyber Hooligan, calls his build the Cyber Roadster. We wonder if Elon has seen it and what he thinks of the contraption.
Instead of hacking up a perfectly fine Model 3, this guy bought one which had been in an accident. We know what you’re thinking, that’s crazy because a ruptured battery cell could turn the thing into a mobile barbecue that burns for hours.
We assume the guy inspected the battery super closely or had a professional do it. But even more urgent is the fact the guy had to keep the front doors from the Model 3, which honestly don’t go with the sleeker, more aggressive lines in the new body panels.
That combined with the fact this car gives us serious uncanny valley vibes, like the cars in the Grand Theft Auto series, and we have trouble fully getting onboard with this build. Still, we have to admire the grit.
This guy struggled through the process of fabricating that body and is obviously proud of the results. Can we blame him? Absolutely not.
Thanks to his mounted 360-degree camera, he’s been able to capture all the gawking stares as he drives around Southern California. Remember, this is an area with plenty of exotic supercars and hypercars. But people still are taken aback by this bespoke build.
Tell us what you think of this build. Do you like it? Are you hating it? Let us know why and what you would do differently.
