We admit it’s been some time since we’ve seen a Geo Tracker on the road, but this one is being sold with tracks so you can venture far beyond. Of course, the modification not only makes the little off-roader somewhat unique but also more expensive than what you’d pay normally for the little thing.

According to the seller, who’s in Battle Lake, Minnesota, Yeti Tracks provide a smoother ride than what you get with straight lug snowmobile tracks with paddles that don’t “fold over.” We assume this means when you’re not using this thing on sand or snow it’s just more comfortable than some tracked vehicles.
The Tracker itself is a 1995 and has about 113,000 miles on it. The SUV has a new soft top and the manual transmission, promising plenty of fun in the great outdoors. Since these little Geos are lightweight, some people argue they’re more in the spirit of the old Jeeps than the Wranglers.
That means where modern off-roaders would sink, this SUV that tips the scale at about 2,200 lbs. might just float on the surface, especially with the tracks. Some people just love these and other similar little four-wheel-drive vehicles for outdoor adventuring because of that and the improved breakover angle, plus a tight turning radius.
All we know is this seller says you can get the vehicle for $12,995 or just purchase the tracks and put them on whatever ride you want for $9,995. The big question is does either one sound like a solid deal to you?
For some, this might be a dream come true and the price is just right. But others might think this is some sort of joke. We expect someone will find this Geo Tracker attractive and snatch it or just buy the tracks.
