Classic Dodge Chargers done in full carbon-fiber bodies isn’t anything new, but Exomod is the first to show off one with fully transparent carbon panels. The Kandy Apple Red tinted carbon fiber is dazzling with Pagan Gold tinted trim pieces and satin Brass Monkey wheels to boot. Named Rapper’s Delight, this muscle car got people talking at SEMA 2024 and it’s easy to see why.

Usually, these types of restomod muscle car builds (what Exomod calls RetroMod) feature exposed carbon fiber weave on the hood, aero elements, or sometimes the entire body. But this approach with Kandy Apple Red integrated requires more work to pull off.
According to Exomod, it took 17 clear coats applied to the body, which amounted to over seven gallons of the stuff. That meant many hours prepping, applying, and ensuring the material cured correctly. The results are fantastic.
Other details include modern LED taillights in a retro and round form factor, featuring Pagan Gold bezels to really make them pop. Opening the hood, anyone will be impressed by not only the clean presentation but the Kandy Apple Red supercharger and a transparent Pagan Gold Kandy Carbon cowl plus engine close-out panel, adding continuity to the build.
Exomod tapped Hennessey Performance to dial up performance in the Hellcat Redeye powering Rapper’s Delight. The result is peak output north of 1,000-horsepower. After all, such a mesmerizing body shouldn’t upstage the powertrain.
Backing that up is a custom 8HP90 8-speed TorqueFlite transmission, routing power to the rear wheels, of course. With an SRT Competition suspension, this muscle car should handle all that power reasonably well, at least with an experienced driver behind the wheel.
Rapper’s Delight was originally revealed during the Barrett Jackson October auction, where it generated considerable interest. However, the SEMA stage in Las Vegas is much larger, so many became aware of it after its Sin City stay.
