Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who famously played Negan on The Walking Dead, seems to be quite the gearhead. In fact, the man tends to gravitate to muscle cars, both of the classic and modern varieties. So it’s really no surprise that he owns a Dodge Challenger Hellcat Widebody he seems to be completely in love with.

It’s always great to see when big celebrities who could probably buy a Ferrari and a McLaren along with a Rolls-Royce instead opt to drive a good ol’ American muscle car. There’s something raw and real about that.
The decision to drive the over 700-horsepower coupe fits the image Morgan has cultivated, not only through his acting roles but also his social media presence. He’s not sitting on million dollar yachts sipping fine champaign from a fluted glass. Instead, he’s more down-to-earth, a celebrity for the common man.
Back when he purchased the Hellcat, which was in the tumultuous year of 2020, someone leaked a photo the dealer took on Twitter (now called X). Instead of ignoring the light violation of his privacy or freaking out and threatening to sue, he replied to the post with a single word: “Balls.”
Of course, as much as Morgan loves his Challenger Hellcat, he has an even deeper love for his daughter. Rather than trying to choose between the two, he wisely shares his muscle car with his offspring, taking her for rides in the muscle car. We can’t think of a better father-daughter bonding activity.
Morgan calls his garage at home “Mischief Garage” and it’s easy to see why. It’s loaded with toys, including the Hellcat, a classic Mustang, and a go-kart of some sort. Banners from different automotive brands adorn the walls, making it a gearhead sanctuary.
